Ledgers

In Maxim you can have multiple Client Ledgers.  The Ledgers "drop down" allows you to select the ledger you would like to deal with.

If your database only has one Client Ledger set-up, this will automatically be selected.

In the table below, Maxim is set-up with a GEOLOC table which holds regional information, it also holds a CLTTYP Table, which

holds client types.  Here, we are filtering our contacts to find all Doctor Customers in the North BOP region.

PLEASE NOTE: when the selection "drop down" is blue after you have selected an option, remember that Maxim is working hard to

process those contacts - so please wait until the blue selection goes back to the Ledger "drop down" (as shown below).

Selecting Contacts

Now your contacts have been filtered, you can now start selecting which ones you want.

You can either select individual contacts by pressing the tick box or you can press the "Select All Contacts" button to select all contacts.

When you select contacts they will show up in the Selected Contacts list.  If you don't want the contact selected, you can deselect

the contact by "unticking" the tick box.
