This function allows inventory tables to be copied from one company to another. The tables will be copied from the Company you are currently logged into, to the Company selected on the screen.

Copy Product Group Tables

These tables are copied:

IVGRM, IVGRI, IVGRA, IVPRP, IVPRI, IVUOP and the UNITS Standard Table.

You would not copy these tables when the product group tables are to be maintained centrally.

Copy Product Items

These tables are copied:

IVMST, IVKEY, IVMAG, IVUOM, IVPAK, IVKWD, IVCAT, IVSCA, IVCSC IVPNT.

You would not copy these tables when the product item masterfile is to be maintained centrally.

Copy Default Location and Pricing Defaults

This allows for the setup of a default location and pricing records. These tables are copied using the default location for each product group.

Tables copied: IVLOC, IVPPR, IVPCM, SYLOC

You would copy these tables in order to setup the default location and pricing tables for a Company, when the product item masterfile and product group tables are to be maintained centrally.

Copy All Locations and Pricing Defaults

This allows for the setup of locations and pricing records. All locations and prices are copied.

Tables copied: IVLOC, IVPPR, IVPCM, SYLOC

You would copy these tables in order to setup the locations and pricing tables for a Company, when the product item masterfile and product group tables are to be maintained centrally.

Copy Product Item Links

This will copy tables that are linked to the product master (IVMST). These tables are:

IVMSH & IVMSG Product Standard Messages

IVSUP Supersessions

IVSPI Special Instruction Note

IVSPL Supplier Product Code Link

IVPNT Product Note
