The Product Code, Short Name or Long Name of products can be changed by importing a prepared text file. All associated files that are linked to the product master file (IVMST) are also updated accordingly. New key words are created.

The file to be a comma delimited (.csv) file.
The StockNbr is matched with the product master stock number. An error report is produced of mismatched items.
Where the product master is shared over different companies, all stock locations are updated irrespective of which company this process is originated from.
It is recommended that this process be run in off peak time.
