Product Notes
Product notes are used to display the note in the product search screens and to also display the note when purchasing and selling/
Prompt for:
Purchasing Will display the note as a prompt when ordering the product on a purchase order.
Selling Will display the note as a prompt when selecting the product on the Sale, Despatch and Sales Order screens.
No Prompt Will display the note only on the product search screen
Group View
This option is relevant when multiple companies access the same product file. With the Group View ticked, the note will display
in the product search screens for all companies when set as a NO prompt, and will also display as a prompt note for all companies
when set as Purchasing or selling.
