Printing Product ID Labels and Packet Labels from Product Receipts
Product ID Labels can be printed direct from product receipts (APRECPT) and Job Manufacture (JCMFG).
To do this the following set up has to be completed:
| 1. | Sales / Customers | Housekeeping | Special Pricing Options. |
The "Create Product Label from Receipting?" needs to be ticked for product receipts
only.
| 2. | The ODK - 22 Product Master Input Option needs to be invoked fro the product |
| group(s) |
A product label can be printed for a product if the products Product ID Label?
option is set to "Y".
You can use screens 'PRMSTC1: Change Product Optns1' or 'PRMST: Product Master' to
set ProductId Label?
| 3. | Check Sales / Customers | Housekeeping | Special Pricing Options to ensure the |
correct ProgramID has been selected for the ProductID Label Format.
With these options set the Product ID Labels column on the APRECPT or JCMFG screens will be ticked indicating a product ID label can be printed for the product.
Once the product receipt is completed, click the "T' button to initiate the label print. A screen is opened that lists the products set for labels with the Quantity. The Quantity can be set to zero to not print labels for a product.
You can use the View Lines screen from the PO/Product Receipts screen to set Product ID Labels on the fly.
Packet Labels
Various format packet labels are able to be printed.
