This screen views all your transaction controls.
To view every user's controls
Leave the User: field blank
To view all Controls
Zero the Period number
How to have multiple controls for the same source open
| 1. | From this screen close the open control. |
| 2. | Enter the required Transaction screen and a new control will be opened. |
| 3. | From this screen open the control previously closed. Multiple screens will now be open. |
When you now enter the required Transaction screen you will be asked to select one of
the open controls.
To edit transactions in a closed control
The Select Data Entry button takes you into the transactions for the control. The accounting period for the control must be the current period.
