These screens have a <CR> carriage return function - similar to the paragraph marks in word processing.
Keyboard Functions:
<Enter> as in word processing to start a new line
<Esc> to accept data and return to the previous screen
<F2> to cancel changes
<F3> to delete the text from the note lines.
