For All Users
This function sets the accounting period for all users. The exception here is for users that have the User Option At Logon Set Acctg Period By Current Date? set to Yes. These users will be allocated the accounting period relevant to the current date. Users that should have this setting set are those that work on point of sale screens.
The current accounting period is shown on the Open Business screen.
For You Only
This sets the accounting period for your current session only. Changing the accounting period in this way does not effect other users.
