Progress Claims
Quoted Price (Fixed)
The job would have been created from a quote and the amount that will be invoiced is the quoted price.
Invoice Format
To print Kit Only on a Job Invoice, the Job Invoice Format must be A6.
Use WIP Control?
If the Job Option has been set to use a WIP Control Account, this field will be set to true if the Job Type is Actual Cost, Fixed Contract or Quoted Price (Fixed).
Using a WIP Control Account means that job costs and job revenue are charged to the WIP Control Account in the balance sheet instead of direct to profit and loss accounts. Job costs and revenue are transferred to profit and loss accounts when the job is closed.
The WIP Control Account balance will represent the WIP balances for the jobs with this setting.
