Sales Analysis Type
Job Type
The sales account is shown as GL Sales Acct on the Maintain Jobs screen. The default accounts are from the Options screen based on the job type.
Transaction Type
The sales account is based on the job transaction type as per the Options screen.
Inventory Type
Where an inventory item is charged to a job, the sales account is as per the items stock location.
Pricing Is GST
This sets the GST Type for the job invoicing transactions created for jobs with a Job Type of Quotes or Fixed Contract, or where the transaction price is not obtained from a inventory pricing record.
Generally this should be set to Exclusive.
