Allocated
Allocated stock represents items on purchases orders that have been ordered and allocated to a job, but the items have not yet been receipted (received) and therefore not yet charged to the job.
P/Os PurchaseOrders
Outstanding Purchase Orders. P/Os that have been raised but items have yet to be received from suppliers, or quantity received was not what was ordered and therefore maybe the PO balance remaining needs to be cancelled.
S/Os SalesOrders
Confirmed Sales Orders raised, but items have yet to be despatched or invoiced to customers.
