By default only one control for the same document source is open per user. A new control is opened if the current control is closed or the current accounting period is closed.
To have multiple controls open for the same document source:
1. Go to: [Any Module] / Maintenance / Transaction Controls
2. From this screen, CTSEL, close the open control.
3. Enter the required Transaction screen and a new control will be opened.
4. From this screen, CTSEL, open the control previously closed. Multiple screens will now be open.
When you now enter the required Transaction screen you will be asked to select one of the open controls.
