To change the preferred supplier:
| 1. | Use the Select Supplier button to select the new preferred supplier. |
| 2. | Use the Select/UnSelect buttons to select the items that are to have the preferred supplier updated. |
| 3. | Use the Update Preferred Supplier button to update the items selected to the new preferred supplier. |
NOTE: An item is selected only when there is a supplier link record for the new preferred supplier.
