The Date and Time entered must be the time of the actual stock count. The Date and Time is used by the system to obtain the computer stock on hand figures.
The Date must be within the date range of the stocktake.
New items can be added to the stocktake. <F4> to create a line and enter the required product.
If the stocktake is by bin, you are required to enter a valid bin.
The appropriate bin links are created.
