The selection of wholesale prices is simply by Category. All products within a Category are assumed to have a wholesale price and will be printed.
Wholesale categories should be organised to meet a From To category selection.
To exclude wholesale products from the standard Price Book the No Price Book indicator for these items needs to be set to Yes. If wholesale products are allocated to a specific product group, the Product Field Input Option for No Price Book, Default Input for the product group can be set to Y. New products for the product group will automatically have the no price book option set to Yes.
Obsolete products, that is the Product Status code is equal to the Obsolete Status Code, are excluded. Go to: Inventory | Inventory Options | Obsolete Status Code to set the obsolete status code.
