A QlikView document contains any number of sheets and in a multi company database a sheet has access to the companies within the database.
To cater for different levels of user access to the same document, user access can be set by Company and by Sheets.
Administration | Maintenance | QlikView Management
Press the “Company and Sheet Access” button to manage users company and sheet access.
1. Enter the MOL user account in the box. e.g: tumutest, then tab off the field.
2. On the left hand side of the screen, you can press the “Add Company” button to add access to the different companies. On the right hand side
of the screen, select the sheets you want the user to have access to.
As this access file is held in a database table, the access will not be updated until the document is reloaded, generally at night. If the access is urgently needed please contact the Maxim Helpdesk, where they can run a manual reload.
