Run In Off Peak

If set to Yes, when initiating the report to run, the report will default to run in off peak. The Off Peak Window is set on the SYRQUE: User Report Queue.

Report to Back

Maxim's standard is that all reports should be set to Yes. This allows the reports to be viewed before printing.

Allow to run as Client Service?

This is relevant when ServerServ is being used.

Setting this to Yes allows the report to run in the User's local session.

All pcl type reports are set to Yes, so that these reports run in the user's local session so a printer driver is available.

Only quick running .pdf reports should be set to Yes, such as GLTBAL Trial Balance, otherwise the purpose of running ServerServ is defeated.

Forms

Doesn't serve any purpose now. Notational only

Run 1 Copy

Set to Yes ensure that only one copy of the report is run at the same time.

The SYRIU_ReportsInUse table is used to control this.

Print File Type

Indicates the type of report that is produced

Print File Viewers

The only viewer that is now relevant is the prn Viewer.

The prn Viewer will be in the Maxim application's support folder

\\maxim.local\maxim\tumutimbers\support\textvw.exe

Update For ServerServ

Sets the "Allow to run as Client Service?" Column. For pcl Print File Types will be set to Yes, else to No.

All report requests are sent to table SYRPT. Use FileViewer if required to remove reports.
