All significant reports are processed through a report queue. There is a queue for each user. This queue determines when and how the reports are to be processed. The report queue functionality is determined by the type of Service used.

When ServerServ is Active the eDoc ServerQueue must be "Set own report queue as the default eDoc Server"
To monitor your report queue go to ROC/User | Inquiries | Report Queue Monitor
You can halt your report queue, view the reports in your normal and off peak queues. From the View Queue you can run reports or delete reports from the queue.
Running Reports
To initiate a report you complete the Spooler() screen that is invoked when initiating the report.
Some input parameters, such as Run In Off Peak?, Report to Backup?, Nbr of Copies: are set by your Administrator and cannot be over written.
Reports not sent to backup will print to the designated printer as soon as the report has been processed.
Reports Sent To Backup
To maintain your print queue go to ROC/User | Inquiries | View and Print Reports.
You are able to select a different Output Device and change the number of Copies.
Maintain Available Printers
Go to ROC/User | Housekeeping | Printer Management. Printer management.
Ignore Report Output Control
If the User's profile has Ignore ROC? set to Yes and the Report To Backup? for the report is set to No, and Report To Backup? is not requested via the Spooler() Window, then the Report Acknowledgement Window will not be opened.
If Forms? or Run One Copy? are set, via the Report Control screen, to Yes, the Report To Backup? cannot be changed to No.
It is strongly recommended that for reports that have Forms? or Run One Copy? Set to Yes, that these settings remain as Yes.
Run One Copy? means that only one copy of the report can be run at one time. Generally this type of report cannot be re-run, therefore any printer output cannot be recreated.
