The MaximInstance matches the maxim folder names on MAXIM-util2 ie:
C:\maxim1
C:\maxim2
C:\maxim3
A Copy of the latest version of Maxim has to be installed on this server. - MAXIM-util2 (RIA Server)
You should not run DataFixes or ImportControl () on this server. These updates are done from one of the Terminal Servers as part of a standard upgrade or version update.
All uniRTE.exe instances are controlled by the Broker.
Use the Start | Stop Broker to clear the uniRTE.exe instance from the Task Manager. The uniRQBroker.exe and one or more of the uniRTE.exe's should disappear from the Task Manager when the Broker is stopped. The remaining uniRTE.exe's are the ServerServ processes and need to be stopped manually. (These processes are not seen in the Broker for some reason).
Starting the Broker, Start | Start Broker will start the uniRQBroker.exe plus a number of instances of uniRTE.exe - one is for RIA and the others for ServerServ.
Use the uniRQMonitor to look at what is going on with RIA users and to load additional servers. Actions | Load Enterprise Server.
Context ID - Last Used
Contexts should close if not used for 120 minutes.
However for some reason the Broker is not releasing some contexts. The Last Used time highlights these "hung" contexts. Each Context takes a license. Sometimes you can shut down the Enterprise Server by highlighting the Application Server and using Actions|Shutdown Enterprise Server. Otherwise the only way to remove these Contexts is to stop the broker and then restart the broker when the broker and uniRTE.exe instances have gone from the task manager.
Close the uniRQMonitor before using the Stop Broker and Start Broker functions
