Establish the ServerServ Database

In RSA go to Admin | Housekeeping | ServerServ Databases.

Create the new Database ( being the folder name of the maxim-db02\data folder) and complete the BP (Data) path and SY (Sysfiles) Path names.

Set the order for processing Databases.

A ServerServ report queue will be created automatically.  A SSDate & SSTime will be updated once the new SYSSD database record is accessed by the SErverServ instances

ROC/User | Inquiries | Report Queue Monitor

ServerServ "Server Service" should be Active an all other Queues NotActive.

Using the Server Service "Start Queue" should set the Services correctly.

"Client Service" should be NotActive for all Queues.

"eDocument Service" should be Active for all Queues.

No entries should be remaining in the Normal Queue or the eDoc Queue.  As Users initiate reports, the report requests (SYRPT) will appear in the Normal Queue for a few seconds while the report is waiting to be processed by the ServerServ Server.  As soon as ServerServ starts to process the report request, the report is removed from the queue.

If there are any Off Peak Reports set, they will show in the "View Off Peak" queue.

Monitoring

Monitoring the SSDate | SSTime of the ServerServ DataBases in RSA will indicate if there

are any issues with the ServerServ instances on the maxim-util2 (RIA) Server.
