TSFRCS Transfer to new Customer/Supplier

A customer or supplier can be transferred to another existing customer or supplier.
All linked transactions for the existing customer or supplier will be transferred.
The customer / supplier status is updated to Closed.
The transferred client details can then be deleted from the client file.
