In the background Maxim uploads data to Courier Post and downloads data as follows:
| • | Downloads Service Types, E.G: Parcel, Track Pak and other services your contract allows you access to. |
| • | Downloads Value Added Service Codes: E.G: Signature, Rural Delivery, etc. |
| • | Downloads Envelope / Track Pak sizes. |
| • | Downloads Location data used for printing of labels. |
| • | Downloads Event Types used for Email and SMS notifications. |
| • | Uploads Manifest / Despatch data. |
Every time these events happen a record is written out in the Response Log, if there is an issue you can contact the Maxim Help Desk who can check the response log to see what the reason was for the error.
