CPTRK Courier Post Tracking Centre

The Maxim Tracking Centre is where you can track packages that have been sent from the Maxim Despatching System.

 

Sales/Customers | Inquiries | Courier Post | Tracking Centre

 

From this screen you can get an overview of where the packages are in the Courier Post network, the different stages are:

 

PCNZ Despatched

 

Picked Up

 

Processing
In Transit

 

Delivered
This is when the label has been printed.

 

This is when the Courier scans the barcode as the package is put in their van.

 

Numerous scan events make up this image check the Scan Events Document

for more info.

 

The package has been received by your client.

Search

We have given you the ability to search for packages amongst the tracking events.

If you select the Search button you have 3 options of searching: Deliver To code, Tracking Number and Invoice Number.

 

 

View Tracking Events

If you select the tracking event you want to view and then press the View Tracking Events button you will get a break down of all the individual scan events for this package.

This screen gives you the scan event that happened, the Date and Time it happened, Comments and Signed By (For when the package has been delivered you can see who signed for the package).
