This screen holds all the reports that you create from within your Maxim screens.

From this screen you can view and print pdf, prn and txt files, open csv and xls files and print pcl files.

Any of the files can be copied to a local or shared folder that you have access to.

 

 

Copy File To My Company Folder

 

This is a set Company folder that you can copy files to. The company folder is set from the:

Company Set Up | Document Mgmt | Local Folder For Company Files (For User’s Files).

 

 

Copy File To My Local Folder

 

This is a folder that you can set. Click Change My Local Folder... and select a folder from the folder selection window.
