The type of form displayed is determined by the Product Information Type setting for the Product Group. Options are: Manufacturing, Standard, Timber.
Freight Volume Calculation
Freight on sale and despatch invoices will be calculated if there is a Freight Unit entered and the Show Freight Vol On Inv? setting on Sales / Despatch Options is true.
The item sell or despatch quantity will be converted to the Freight Volume Unit. If the item sale unit is one of the Special Sale Issue Units (on Sales / Despatch Options), then the volume unit (M3) will be used, otherwise the item sale unit is used. That is, if the item sale unit is M3 and the Freight Volume Unit is M3, then it is a 1 to 1 conversion. If the item sale unit is EA and the Freight Volume Unit is M3, then there needs to be a EA to M3 conversion factor.
The Freight Volume is another factor that can be applied to the freight calculation. If the freight volume factor is set to 2.000000000, the calculated freight volume will be * 2.
