| 1. | The products are obsolete, that is the Product Status code is equal to the Obsolete Status code |
Go To: Inventory | Inventory Options | Obsolete Status Code to set the obsolete status code.
| 2. | If the 'No Price Book?' option is used and the product setting is set to 'Yes'. |
