Some printers require settings to be set in Maxim Online, below is a list of these printers and examples of the type of settings that need to be set.
These settings need to be set both on the local computer and Maxim Online:
Label Printers:

| • | Godex |
Settings Example:
Label Size: The label size needs to be set.
Media Settings:
| - | Print Method: Thermal Transfer |
| - | Media Type: Continuous |
Media Handling:
| - | Post-Print Action: Cut |
| - | Occurrence: After Every Label |
Brother Label Printers:
Settings Example:
Paper Size: Small Address Labels (Make sure the Small Address Labels size is set to 62mm x29mm)
Orientation:
| - | Landscape |
Options:
| - | Untick / Unselect "Cut Every" but leave "Cut at End" ticked / selected. |
Photocopier Printers:
Fuji Xerox DocuCentre-IV C2270
Settings Examples:
Paper / Tray Selection:
| - | Select the tray that holds the paper you require. Eg: Tray 1 Holds A4 Plain Paper |
Output Colour:
| - | Black & White (If you want to print in colour you need to leave this as colour). |
2-Sided Print:
If you want to print on both sides of the page you will need to select the option you require.
To set your printer preferences navigate to:
ROC/User | Housekeeping | Printer Management
at the bottom of this screen are 4 buttons.
Click Printer Setup this will open the devices and printers window on MaximOnline. (This will open as a new task in your computers task bar and will most likely be flashing blue).
In the devices and printers window it will display all of your redirected printers. Right click on your printer and select printing preferences, here you set all the settings.
