You can restrict access to a company to nominated users.

 

Only SUPERVISOR can access the SYVUSR screen. SUPERVISOR will always have access to a company.

 

If there are no valid users specified, any User can access the company if the Open Business() screen allows the User to select a Business.

 

If there are valid users specified, only those Users listed can access the company if the Open Business() screen allows the User to select a Business. The User ID should be a valid User from the Settings | User ID set up. Where a User has different Rights depending on the company able to access, an additional User ID and Rights is required to be set up.

 

 

 

 

The valid company user checking occurs from the Open Business() screen.
