The Rights for a User can be individually selected. There are two ways of doing this.

This is a function from within Maxim. It enables Rights to be selected from a list. The list is ordered similarly to the layout of the Navigate screen. This list can be printed. Go to

Only SUPERVISOR can access the SYURGHT screen.

 

 

 

 

For UserID        Select the User. The User ID must have been established in the User IDs Security File.

 

You select the required Rights and then add the Rights selected to the security file, which can then be accessed using option 1 above.

 

Special Rights cannot be selected using the SYURGHT screen.
