You can change groups of products to a new categories combo:
| 1. | Locate on the existing category, sub category. |
| 2. | From the Change Category To: and/or Change Sub Category To: fields, Zoom to select a new category and/or sub category. |
| 3. | Using the multi-marking function, select the products that you want to change to the new category, sub category combo. |
| 4. | Activate the Change Category button to commit the changes. |
Where a category is set to use sub categories, all items in the category are required to have a sub category - a blank sub category is not valid!
"Check for Pricing Default Record" - Sales / Customer | Housekeeping | Special Pricing Options
If this option is ticked, and a new category is being created, the Pricing Defaults screen is called enabling the pricing defaults for the combo to be set prior to the new pricing records being created.
